不具合が出たのでアンインストールしましたが再インストールできませんでした。 操作性もとてもよく気に入っておりデータも保存したままです。課金もしているので対応をお願いします。

〜2025年10月3日(金)追記〜 一番嫌な本当にイライラする不具合があるんですよ。 動画を作成するにあたり上から下に、下から上にスクロールして探している時に右端にある線みたいなのに触れるとせっかく探して見付けたと思ったのに瞬間移動みたいに早く上下して動いてしまうんですよ、勝手に。 これ、何とかなりませんかね？ 動画を作りたくて材料探してて見付けた！と思ったら勝手に動くんです。 ホントこれ嫌！ 短編動画編集は問題ありませんが、長編になるとダメですね。 細かい切り取りが出来ません。 映像と音声が合致してませんから編集不可能です。 これでは課金など絶対しません。

すぐログアウトされる。年間VIP会員なのに、勝手にログアウトされる。復元しようとすると「VIPメンバーシップ情報が見つかりません」となって復元できない。なんとかして。コレ何回もなるからマジで。他の編集アプリに変えよかな。Googleは複数のアカウントにログインしてるし、それらをログアウトして…とかめんどい。
