1. **Mount it.** Set your phone on a tripod, lean it on a wall, or wedge it on the fence.
2. **Start buffering.** Tap start to run a continuous loop. 45 to 90 seconds on the core version, up to 90 minutes on Pro.
3. **Capture the moment.** Save instantly via screen tap, your smartwatch, bluetooth button or hands-free with an open palm gesture (Pro).
4. **Keep or toss.** Swipe right to keep or left to toss your clips at the end of the session.
5. **Break it down.** Trim, rotate and mirror in the editor, then go frame by frame to see exactly what happened (Pro).
