The B@pp is divided into 5 main sections: the almanac, events, surveys, walking with B@PP and more.
The Almanac:
Here are astronomical and meteorological information for the current day. The section is enriched by stories of yesterday and today, sayings, popular songs and much more, all giving voice to the popular dialect.
Events:
Here you will find the posters of the events concerning the town and the surrounding area. Users, taking advantage of the calendar features of mobile devices, have the option of activating reminders, which are automatically pre-filled with the date and time of the start and end of the event; users also have the option of sharing the posters, through integrated messaging systems and/or on other social channels. Finally, users have the opportunity to light their hearts to show interest and affection towards the events. In this section, users, in a completely anonymous way, have the possibility to send their "EVENT PROPOSAL". This proposal will only be visible to the administrators and delegates of the Pro Loco, who, after having evaluated it, in an equally anonymous manner, will respond with a positive or negative opinion or by requesting a possible meeting for explanations. Users will thus be able to give rise to new projects for the country. In the same section there is space for videos with interviews regarding the events and/or thanks for the supporters of the events themselves.
Polls:
Here, the Pro Loco, or any other associations, have the opportunity to propose themed events and alternatives for them. Users, lighting their heart, can vote for an alternative for a single event. The Pro Loco, or the promoting association, will undertake to create the alternative that will have aroused the most interest from users.
Walking with B@PP:
This is the most interesting section for tourists, but also for locals. By exploiting the potential of mobile devices, the B@PP is able to read a QRCODE combined with a place, a structure, a monument, a landscape, then show a photo, an audio or a video, followed by an explanation of a historical, cultural and/or geographic of what you are seeing. It will therefore be sufficient to create the appropriate totem or placeholder and place it in the appropriate point to allow anyone who uses the B@PP to know and understand what is ahead. The user, through the integrated messaging systems, will be able to share with his contacts, information and the relative geographical position of the place visited.
Other:
In this section, users will find several interesting features.
1. "Your proposals", here users can view their proposals and the relative answers.
2. "The Associations", here users can view all the associations, present in the area, which adhere to the B@PP.
The same associations of the country will be able to display their logos and publish a short presentation with which to arouse the interest of users.
The associations will be able to display the posters of the events in the Events section and will be able to request the inclusion of a survey in the relevant section.
3. "Documentation and forms", here the associations can publish their documents and/or forms in order to facilitate access to their users or to any new users.
4. "Supporters", like all non-profit associations, the Pro Loco lives thanks to those who support it. It was decided to thank the supporters, creating a special space to publish a possible logo and a short presentation.
5. "Shopping List", a small utility on which the user can write down a list of items, such as a shopping list, and check them off when done.
6. "Games", there are also some small pastimes, there are 2 games, one of which is entirely in dialect.
