The RADAR.Smart application allows you to block, take pictures and determine the location of a lost device.
Features of the RADAR.Smart application on Android devices:
1) A protection screen with an identification number is displayed on the lock screen and helps to quickly return a lost device to the owner;
2) Determining the geolocation of the device in the background, anywhere in the world using GPS coordinates using data from satellites, cell towers and WI-FI points;
3) Remote device locking can be performed:
- independently by the User, via the User Panel on the website https://mysmart.theradar.pl/;
- by calling free 24/7 technical support to lock the device.
4) On a locked device, access to all functions of the application is limited, except for the possibility of entering a password to unlock the device and making calls to RADARME emergency numbers;
5) It allows you to remotely take photos from the front and / or main camera of the lost device and view these photos in the User Panel on the website https://mysmart.theradar.pl/;
6) Provides the ability to turn on an acoustic signal (Alarm) on the device from the User Panel;
7) Data wipe function means permanent deletion of all user data (photos, videos, messages, contacts, data from other applications, etc.) both from the internal memory of the phone and from the external SD card (if present in the device). This feature is available if the application has received Administrator privileges with the user's consent. Data from the phone is removed by a remote command from the Customer Panel.
Note: Deleting all data from the device is irreversible, so it is recommended to use this feature carefully and use it as a last resort. After the data wipe function is performed, the remaining functions of the application will be unavailable, as the RADAR.Smart application will also be removed from the mobile phone.
The use of the Application is possible using mobile devices with access to the Internet and equipped with the Android operating system, version not lower than 4.4.2.
In order for the remote device control function to work properly, the User must enable the device administrator function to the application. The request to activate the device administrator function with the list of permissions granted to the application will appear at the final stage of the installation.
