Installation
To use the mobile application, you need to install free packages JSON API version 6.41.0 or later (https://rs4otrs.com/products/json-api) and Mobile version 6.0.5 or later (https://rs4otrs.com/products/mobile) from the RS4OTRS.COM store on your OTRS 6 CE server.
