Quick customer care resolution. But, it's inconvenient that you have to contact customer care everytime there's missing delivery items. The delivery person should update in their app on the actual delivery done. It's very inconvenient for the consumer to check and report missing items, which happens every other day and then the cycle of payment and refunds continues... Disappointed after we subscribed to it for a month or so.

The subscription feature on the app is very unreliable ! Sometimes, you would see the subscribed product on the order page but not on the subscription page (and so, you can't modify) and at times, you try to subscribe something but it fails to get under orders and in the process, you also lose the coupons (if you have applied) ! Have raised this issue multiple times in last 6 months with their chat support but they have same set of questions every time but no one cares to resolve the issue!

I have subscribed for milk on the app and they fail to deliver it every alternate day, I complain each time and they promise to resolve it and refund me the amount. They repeat the same mistakes. It's like a cycle. I'm tired of these frequent issues. And if I order some extra items they don't deliver it most of the time. They deliver it only when the amount of the order is large.
