Stopped using after some bad quality products delivered. Also if a product is unavailable, instead of returning the money to the wallet, they would increase the quantity of other product to adjust for the money which is unethical. Never got any support from the app as well.

Milk Subscription is worse. They just send notification as "order delivered" even without delivering any milk. More than 5 times the issue has been conveyed in the customer chat box. The only thing they do is to revert the money or ask to wait for the next 60mins, to deliver again. Because of their inconsistent service of milk delivery, it has become stressful to have a good coffee before going to work. Seems like many have the same problem. Better to look for other options.

All of a sudden, I was logged out. While trying to login, with RMN, I am getting message that account is inactive. I am unable to edit subscriptions, or place any fresh order. I have enough balance to support my orders till 10th Sept 2022. Have contacted support desk over a multiple number of times on mail. They are unable to give any resolution. My problem still remains. I am not able to use the app. Have uninstalled, installed, upgraded but result is zero. This is horrible.
