The latest update has issues. You can no longer see what rates are available as the App logs you off every time. Tried to email to report it and guess what, logged me off again. Emailed directly and got a response, we can only deal with emails sent from your account. Catch 22.

Terrible experience using raisin services. Their mobile app offers only the minimum features and will usually link out to their Web app or support document which is not in English. Their Web app sucks so much and consistently breaks due to 'Application errors'. Their support has been dreadful to deal with. I would advise against trusting them with your money.

My father and I have been trying to get his money out from a matured bond for a month. The app is totally useless as you are unable to get further than a request. The support team looks to be a robot as it doesn't answer anything. Good rates useless support.
