I’ve tried ordering from this app several times, but every time I’m told that the items are not available. Also, the riders don’t seem to know who to talk to or how to contact the customer properly. Please improve your service and only show items that are actually available.

I do order in app and showing free delivery but when they send item and delivered they mentioned in invoice there is delivery charge so it's not clear at all
