The app has workouts program that targets posture chain, your core abs, chest, legs, arms and back as well as full body strength and explosive power geared for grappling. All the workouts are designed by experts. Similar to Simple Sinister Strength and 5/3/1 programs to help you build muscle and power for better grappling performance.

Budo strength is a 3 day a week and less than an hour workout and strength building program that you can easily perform while training in BJJ or any other martial arts.
