Ratings and reviews

The interface is super clean and snappy, far better than the old app. Can't enter my card into my account for some reason though, I've tried multiple times with my existing Rapid card. An error message keeps popping up, "500002, 501, Update recipient profile info failed from fsv" which I have no idea what it could mean. If this is fixed on time, I'll definitely change my rating to 5 stars!

Had the app for a long time with no issue. Then this week it required an update, but when selecting update it took me to play store but only the options to uninstall or open the app. It was caught in a loop. I Uninstalled it and reinstalled it. When prompted to sign in it only gives me the option to enter email address for login and not my username. I for sure used the correct email and password, but it absolutely won't let me login.

This is getting super annoying. I haven't been able to get into this new app whatsoever. I can login into the website just fine. Previously the old app would say it needed to be updated when it didn't, so I haven't been able to get into either app for well over 2 months. Y'all really need to get these problems fixed.
