used this app since last year, and I have been encountering an issue for three days and have not been fixed yet. tried to contact their robot for help, but they never replied. i am not able to sync my data as well. i had to send clients invoices but could not help and downloaded another app, unfortunately. i have also already updated the app, but it still did not work. never had any other issue except this one

Great app for the time i needed it for my small business, HOWEVER, after i no longer needed the app after experiencing a disabling injury, i followed all their steps to unsubscribe, uninstall, delete app, endless searches on what else to do to stop transactions, and have emailed them on a few occasions over the past 5 months...they are still debiting my bank account! i have screenshotted my last few months of attempts to resolve this matter, even suggested class action lawsuit if it continues!

Says in the description "You can create and send invoices and estimates free of charge forever." Well you can make as many as you like but it won't let you email, share, print or send them in any way without a paid subscription. So the free version is basically useless and the quoted statement is a lie. Very disappointing.
