It is the worst app I have come across. The services provided are worse. They have a different business strategy going on to make people use rapido again and again. Everytime I book an auto, by the end of my ride, I am always charged higher than the estimated fare. Everytime then I report this issue to the customer support and they repeat it all the time that they are educating the drivers and it won't happen again and they refund the extra charged amount to rapido wallet so I take ride again.

Everytime one or another issue with this app or on rides very bad management fed up of this using only to save my time instead of wasting for buses but instead of this you can try any better option, only business oriented mindset not customer friendly in app it's very definitely to give our own review not so helpful not taking care of the app or captions not check it... Very poor experience

The worst thing about this app is that in order to compensate its drivers, I'm not able to cancel the ride even if I'm cancelling it 15-20 seconds after the captain accepted the ride. I'll have to face cancellation charge even if the captain's not picking up the call or not coming to my route. If I'm in a hurry, what am i supposed to do rather then cancelling the ride.
