I tend to take the usual route everyday and the fare shown while booking goes up after reaching the precise destination. This has happened multiple times now. However recently I purchased a power pass thinking that it would be beneficial but it wasn't. The price goes up to the normal fare and sometimes even more than that. The drivers would put the wait time to 2 mins right away, sometimes more than that even when I am at the location less than a min. Utterly dissatisfied and disappointed.

I am requesting all the people don't used this rapido app because they are charging a lot while showing fare after destination.

There's a bug in the notification system. Often, I will try to book using the app, a notification is displayed at the top saying "looking for captain", then, even when the booking is done, or when the booking fails (because it wasn't able to find a captain), the notification continues to stay there, and only goes away when I tap it and open the app. This is such a major distraction, please fix it immediy. I don't see any such problem in the other mobility apps like Uber, namma yatri etc
