overall a good app, rides are adorable and available in most parts of city . only problem i faced is that , i once searched for ride initially they show the destination and fare . but when i went to book , app showed it's out of range. so if desired destination is out of range app should show it initially . other than that overall it's good app .

Tried to book an auto for past 20-30 mins. 5-6 auto walas accepted the ride and then cancelled it. Had a very bad experience, Rapido should regulate the auto walas for cancellation policy as they do for customers. Even customers face difficulties because of cancellations. And also there is no seperate feedback type of thing in the app, feedback can be given only for every individual ride and not for experiences like these where the user was unable to take a ride

Every time I try to select the location, it directs it to some other place or at times it automatically changes it to some other place. Had a terrible experience. Many a times, the driver will be waiting at a different location. Kindly address these problems.
