Why your drivers are so uneducated about the app, literally, for more than 2-3 times, I have to teach your drivers, how to use the app, And the main problem is, the destination which I provide, the drivers are not seeing it properly in the app, and after that, they argue with us, that your destination is this not that, proving us wrong😠. The drivers are shown full path of the destination clearly in the app, but still they argue. Please try to mitigate this issue. Rest all things are perfect.

Rapido charges too high as compared to uber even if you buy a power pass! It will first increase the charges and then gives you the same price after applying the power pass as it usually shows without applying the power pass. And it has also started charging for cancelling the ride even if the captain is delaying the ride, although they refund you if you go to the resolution centre in the app.

Hats off To Rapido and their Auto drivers, everytime each morning I have to wait for almost half an hour, as the drivers keep cancelling, right after accepting, and that too when they are within a km radius from pickup distance. To top off, they have the audacity to ask for 5 stars, and in return, give 2-3 ratings to the customers or just skip on it.
