Ratings and reviews

Rapido charges too high as compared to uber even if you buy a power pass! It will first increase the charges and then gives you the same price after applying the power pass as it usually shows without applying the power pass. And it has also started charging for cancelling the ride even if the captain is delaying the ride, although they refund you if you go to the resolution centre in the app.

Why your drivers are so uneducated about the app, literally, for more than 2-3 times, I have to teach your drivers, how to use the app, And the main problem is, the destination which I provide, the drivers are not seeing it properly in the app, and after that, they argue with us, that your destination is this not that, proving us wrong😠. The drivers are shown full path of the destination clearly in the app, but still they argue. Please try to mitigate this issue. Rest all things are perfect.

Shows the vehicle has been booked and automatically gets cancelled, waited more than 25 min, no response. Can't be trusted when in emergency. They always demand cash. Even though have enough money in wallet, but to pay whom? App is suggestion to add money I wallet, but none of your captains are accepting wallet payment. Useless service. Don't have any direct customer support. Better I will take local cab or auto. Even though they cost a bit more, but they are much better than rapido...
