MyPetsWellness™ - Connects your Pet to your Veterinarian online!
MyPetsWellness™ features unique technology which allows you to access your pet’s medical records, book real time appointments, get health certificates, and much more. You can even personalize MyPetsWellness™ with your own pet photos, all from your mobile device. You can see a map and directions to your veterinary office, or call, email and text them directly from your device. The MyPetsWellness™ app is connected to your pet’s records at your veterinary offices so it is always up to date. You can upload pictures, and send files using MyPetsWellness™ to inform your vet of your pet’s condition before your next visit.

Ratings and reviews

The app does not always provide the latest information that has been added to my pets' accounts. However, I've learned the trick is to sign out of the app and then sign back in using the "I don't have a code" option. The system will email you a code to the email address that is on file at the vet's office. Enter the code, verify the email address, and the updated info should appear in the app.

This app has a lot of bugs in it. When you try to update information like the dog's birthday or weight you just get a bunch of coding errors. You can submit feedback if you would like but nobody's going to respond to it. This app is almost useless. By the way the same thing goes for their website. If you log into it directly you still won't be able to update your information.

When it was working, it was great, but now the App is pretty much useless since all I keep getting is error messages: "An error has occurred Invalid request This has been reported toour team. We apologize for the inconvenience." and "An error has occurred Invalid request"
