You can even personalize MyPetsWellness™ with your own pet photos, all from your mobile device. You can see a map and directions to your veterinary office, or call, email and text them directly from your device. The MyPetsWellness™ app is connected to your pet’s records at your veterinary offices so it is always up to date. You can upload pictures, and send files using MyPetsWellness™ to inform your vet of your pet’s condition before your next visit.

Requires a code to access which is supposed to be sent upon entering my email address provided to my vet. On my 1st attempt to log on, it took several tries to get a code. Today, I can't get anywhere with the app. Vet doesn't always carry the prescription food for my cat anymore as they have gone to this app. Guess I'll need to look elsewhere.

Tried contacting support, through email. Nothing. Keep getting error "An error has occurred. Invalid request. This has been reported to our team." Every time I enter the app. Every. Time. Useless. Oh, and same error for months. No update. No function.

Our vet switched from pet desk to this app a few months ago. We've had such a horrible experience, particularly with refills and scheduling appointments in advance, that we are considering changing vets.
