About this app

Fulfillio Mobile gives existing Fulfillio customers a secure and convenient way to view their ecommerce operations from an Android device.

Version 1 is a read-only companion app. Authorised team members can check important business information while away from their desktop without making changes to orders, inventory, listings or account settings.

With Fulfillio Mobile, you can view:

• Your ecommerce dashboard and key information
• Orders from connected sales channels
• Current order and fulfilment statuses
• Inventory items and available stock information
• Connected marketplace accounts
• Reports and business performance data

Fulfillio brings information from your connected ecommerce channels into one organised workspace, helping your team stay informed wherever they are working.

Important information:

• A valid Fulfillio account is required to use the app.
• Version 1 provides read-only access.
• Users cannot create, edit, dispatch, archive or delete records from the mobile app.
• Operational actions remain available through the Fulfillio web application.
• Available information depends on your workspace, connected channels and assigned permissions.
