Great app, shocking customer service. Despite signing up for the Pro version it never registered and instead I have been charged three times over two months for a service I cannot use. I've sent 12 emails and not had a single reply. Like someone else said, the app itself is great but I for one will not be using it again.
Paid for premium 2 months in a row now, and I still do not have access to the premium features. I reached out to their support at the beginning of each month and haven't heard anything back over the course of either month. The unpaid app is admittedly still very helpful, and is worth getting.
This app is supposed to be free, but you have to sign up for a $4.99/month pro account in order to use it. No thanks! Misleading.
This app claims it's free, as soon as you download it, it says you have to set up a subscription to use it. Don't waste your time with it, not usable unless you pay.
Why does this search result evaluation app require a Dropbox account?? Also - it ain't free.
If you are a rater, this app is a must and pays for itself in time saved. In addition, RaterAide support is the best! I recently had an issue and I was pleasantly surprised by the timely and polite response from support. Even though the issue was user error on my part, support was very patient in helping through my issue.
