It is entirely user-led, and it only takes 30 seconds to submit a review. Simply sign up, search for a bar, hotel or restaurant and submit a review.
There is an option to upvote or downvote reviews already submitted. Also, you report a listing if it is incorrect, suggest a new venue and it also has an interactive Google Map.
