The Gemβs English Grammar App is designed to improve the basic language skills of the user. In order to express oneself correctly and appropriately, the app provides a selective overview of the key areas that one needs to master.
Beat the clock and attempt the exercises based on grammar, spellings, pronunciation, composition and comprehension.
There are four assets in each chapter β grammar games, grammar detective, spell-o-fun and pronunciation. There are also common assets such as conversation practice, comprehension and composition in the app.
The exercises in the assets include questions based on the grammar concepts taught in each chapter.
Spell-o-fun helps enrich the vocabulary and spelling of the user. The user must decipher the word based on the meaning given along with the audio of the word. There are three levels of difficulty, level one being the easiest.
Pronunciation helps the user learn and practise the pronunciation of various difficult words in a chapter. It enables the users to record and listen to the pronunciation of words. They can also compare their recorded pronunciation with the pre-recorded pronunciation.
Comprehension and composition assets help users improve their reading and writing skills. The app has all the comprehensions and compositions taught in the book and also provides other additional ones for practice.
To enhance one's conversation skills, one must use the conversation practice asset for listening, practising and speaking. There are three sets of conversation practice in the app. Each set consists of a pre-recorded conversation, questions based on the conversation and additional questions to help the user practise similar conversations.

No clue on where to get the answer key. The book says app has the answer key. Not sure where to find all the 'digital assets'

Its just a rumour that it has a scan app , if you're looking for solutions from this app , its just , you can never find any questions or answer from it .....so i dont recommend this app!!

The app has been designed for better understanding and practice of the subjects as per the curriculum. There are different exercises and no textbook exercise and its answers are given.
