Great way to keep track of multiple clients. I have been using this App for years and it always works. Useful when you have several clients and want to create invoices using exported Excel spreadsheets. Haven't used all the features as some seem unnecessary but still my favorite App.
I love that I can export the data so easily to Excel, but I can't seem to transfer data to my new phone. I doesn't like the file on the SD card or work from Dropbox. This aspect is very disappointing in an app I otherwise love.
Almost 5 stars Fantastic app. Only thing it's obviously missing is the option to have a flat rate for a job. Not every job I work on is hourly but I still want to track my income. I don't know if I'm just missing something but I cannot figure out how to make a project inactive.
Export lacking filter by client Fantastic Has so many features I've wanted I've tried lots of time trackers and this is great. However, I have a lot of projects with the same name. I cannot distinguish between them when exporting. Please add a filter for client within the export.
I use this product daily as my primary time management and tracking tool. It makes my billing and project management very easy. Highly Recommended. UPDATE 11/18/2015: The latest version has several bugs that dramatically impact the efficiency and user experience. You must re-sort your projects every time you add a project and you must re-select ALL projects every time you export data. It was very frustrating looking for projects and not being able to find them in the list. After re-creating the projects multiple times, I found out that they were already done and hours were logged against multiple copies of the same project. When it came time to do billing, I lost money on several projects because not all of the data was being exported. Once I realized this, I was able to go back, re-export the data and issue updated invoices. Nobody wants to hear from a vendor that they made a mistake and now they have to pay more. A couple of small changes to this app would make it much more user friendly.
After reviewing many Apps for time registration this one came out as the best option. Using it for more than a year I was quite satisfied. The last update/build is performing not fully satisfactory. UI is improved, performance and stability are worse than the previous version. It crashes (and reboots) and the delays when editing details are annoying. I hope and trust these bugs will be fixed soon. 2015 10 29 update: gained one star as performance inmproved! Thanks Florian. On the timer screen the running time is slow or lacking update, so it remains at 00:00. Hope to see this bug fix soon ;-)
