I haven't been able to transact for days. it always shows "transaction failed". if all my money was in raven that's how I would've been stranded. smh. yall should do better. I'd probably stop using yall once I can get my money out. The annoying part is that they never notify you when they have a downtime. Do better!!!

The app is pretty good, but I think the minimum amount you can save shouldn't be 5000....so if I currently have 1000 naira with me I can't save it...I think people should be allowed to save any amount they want. And also when creating an account, you guys should take away the part where you'd have to take a picture....there should be options that allow people pick pictures from their phone's gallery too and also, you guys should create an "edit your profile picture" button. Thank you!

Problems of this app are too much. For 8 days now I couldn't open an account. First, it was BVN verification issue, later NIN. Now they said the issue is resolved, I can remove the app and download it again. I did, but couldn't login back, as OTP is not being sent to my phone, even after I resend 4 times. Lastly, the customer support is not as described here. They claimed to work 24/7, but it's not true. They don't work on weekends. And, they take many hours before replying to messages. I muueve
