Great idea I really like the progression for body weight training, as well as the descriptions for the exercises. Entering a work out manually is clunky at best and an exercise in frustration generally. There are 2 main issues; 1. The only way to increase or decrease the number on a set is up or down arrows, throw in a keypad. 2. I have to enter most sets 3 or 4 times before they register in the log. My opinion is, it is a great idea, but not user friendly. Fix those 2 issues and you've got it.

Overall this app is great! They have all the calisthenics exercises you could need and include a way to schedule and create routines. I just wish I could click on the scheduled workout to bring up that routine with the routines workout information without having to go back to search for each individual exercise. It makes it very frustrating and prevents me from WANTING to use the app.

Good, integrated instructions and progression. However, when the screen shuts off, it does not keep counting the exercises. Either keep screen awake, or let ir work um the background. Bugs and wont let you add exercises to routines (but when it works, it's good). Improvement needed on these issues.
