M.K. Probaly one of the best banking app there is. One thing that is very high on my wish list is that you can view images of your checks that you deposited and images of the checks that cleared your account on this app just like you can do on your desk top. Hence the 1 star rating. Love the app overall. Keep up the updates RBC and keep them comming and this rating will be turned into a 5 star.
*Still* Broken Still isn't working. Samsung galaxy s4 rooted device running pacrom. Force closed, cache cleared, data wiped, uninstalled, rebooted device, ensured no old RBC apk reminants remained on root or sdcards. Reinstalled from playstore. opened app, put in client card #, password, got to security question and correctly answered. app crashed. relaunched app, went to sign in screen client card # remembered, put in password, crashes when attempting to load next screen. Log sent. No I won't call tech. Ridiculous.
Issue with accessing my direct investment account So I've used this app for awhile and I've been able to do all of my banking with it no problem! Recently though I've created a direct investment account, but everytime I try and access it it gives me an error saying "you've been signed out due to inactivity" and kicks me back to the sign in page. No number of log in attempts seems to solve this. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you
Thanks for listening :) Way to go RBC. A big bank that actually listens to its customers, and reacts. Even about something as trivial as my Samsung S3 no longer being compatible with the mobile app. The most recent upgrade of the app fixed the issue. Appreciate it very much. Cheers
logging in crash seems fixed Dec 3rd Have used app for years. Since recent update sign in get "unfortunately RBC has stopped working"; Edit Dec 14 ; still occurring. Still sending report once a day. Dec 18 last nights update seems to have fixed the login issue so app is now usable.
New update is STILL unstable NO, didn't work.... uninstalled and installed it again and still crashes couple of times before gets started... So disapointed that even after the recent update, the app still crashes at least once before lauching EVERY SINGLE TIME.... my review for the older version: The new version has solved some issues on direct investing but made the app unstable, I have to launch it two or more times to get it working. Once on, it's OK.
