I recently switched phone and since then, I'm not even able to open the app. every time I try to open the app on my new phone, it crashes right away. tried calling customer service for help but they only stalled and said they can't help me. sent email to you and still nothing. hate the overall experience. don't know how I'm supposed to keep a credit card with you guys when I can't even access the application.

bad experience. 1. after uninstalling the app, if you install, then the whole registration process has to be followed. ideally, it should only be login. 2. there is no customer service section in the app. no faq. no way to raise a ticket. 3. statement screen isn't good. i made a payment that failed, but in the app, it is showing debit in the statement.

Loan EMI account disappeared in MyCard app last month. I thought the Loan was completed. I got several calls from RBL. Every time I checked MyCard app but couldn't find EMI. I tried to contact customer support, there is no option in app to reach customer care. I don't know how to pay for it as it is not showing anywhere in account. After googling for 3 days, I found link to pay using EMI ac# number. I paid the amount shown in that link. Still charges added unethically even after clearing loan.
