Excellent app! Really easy to use and had obviously had some love in its design and implementation. It's silky smooth on the Galaxy S7 edge. Nice animations too. The only slight niggle is that if you use fingerprint to login, you have to logout twice. First logout takes you to the 'enter code to login' screen, and you have to exit a second time to really quit. Great for all my banking need though. Top job!
App worked fine until I updated it today. Now the fingerprint scanner won't let me log in, just says there's a problem with the service and I have to use my passcode. Now I can't get the old version back. Very disappointed. Edit 3: Yes, it asked me for my passcode, then said I could use the fingerprint scanner, so said OK, it asked for my fingerprint and then came up with the error above again. I really don't have time to discuss this again on the phone. Is there an email address I can message? I'd still like to know if I can get the previous version back.
I've used this app for a few years now and for what I use it for I'm happy. I'm always lending money to my children and it's great to see that the money goes straight from my account to theirs. It's easy to use and any customer service contact I've had has always been of a high standard. Great app 👍
I could forgive not supporting android pay, and I could forgive not logging in via fingerprint. Now, however, I can't log in AT ALL, because I'm not using stock android. Not even rooted. What's the point in preventing access when I could just as easily access via the web on a compromised device? EDIT: Thanks to the prompt response from the developers -- the latest update has re-enabled access again!
It's a great app up to the point of the limited amount to transfer to another person. It should save the new payee name to allow full payment transfers. I don't have the opportunity to pop in the bank to register payments & names for them to be on the app. Funny how people can pay me any amount from their bank apps it seems. I understand security but maybe slip in a password to confirm a name to be saved, especially for regular payments.
I've never had any problems with this app. It always lets you know about maintenance do you can't access it and it's constantly updating to give you more freedom. Almost as good as the website but considering you can use it anywhere, it's definitely top tier.

• Send international payments to payees you have set up in online banking
• Download a copy of individual transactions for your records
