This is a fantastic little app, which allows users to do just about all routine (and not so routine) operations through it. Compared to the bank's website, logging in and navigating the app is a breeze. It's also stable, intuitively designed, and responsive. NatWest knocked this one out of the park!
Great App, really handy, much better than logging into main desktop site for transferring money and checking balance etc. Emergency Cash feature is an absolute life saver too! I do have a problem logging in with my fingerprint, it never seems to recognise my fingerprint so it might as well not be a feature cause I can't use it and have to use passcode instead, otherwise great app!
I use the app every day and it's good buy needs working on. On a number of times it shows my balance and that a direct debit has come out yet 7 days later shows a different balance and I haven't spent anything. It takes too long to update the payments and makes it difficult to mange. Please fix this
Apart from the finger print scanner not being great (which to be honest isnt really paramount to the purpose of the app) this app is superb. I can't imagine how I coped without being able to check my balance daily, transfer money from accounts and pay my contacts (great way to pay my son's allowance!) Also I have often used the get cash feature. Great app I would definitely recommend
So easy to use and laid out very clearly and self explanatory. The fact you can transfer money to anyone at any time without having to log on to online banking to set the payee up is great. So convenient. I don't know what I'd do without it now.
I use this app to keep a real-time check on my elderly parent's account. I personally bank with a different bank and the app for that one is not as good. The major benefit for me is being able to go back through the account for months.
