Does anybody check updates before releasing them? Thanks Natwest, on the rare occasions I can actually get past the pin screen (number pad not working anymore) I find I can't make any payments because the number pad doesn't work properly, my suppliers love being paid late. I'm finding it fabulous for building good working relationships with other businesses, NOT!
Marshmallow compatible update needed This app worked fine until I updated my phone to marshmallow. I expect another long wait for Natwest IT to acknowledge the android world has moved on... It's really not acceptable., banks really take the p**s
Possibly the most irritating and broken app going. The keypad..... which should be pretty easy to use, refuses to work 60% of the time. Tempted to change our business bank over purely down to this app. Might sound extreme but in our world we need convenience. This service is far from...
Needs an update Pin number pad does not work properly on Galaxy S5 Neo Marshmallow 6.1. The app has the same algorythms as RBS app, but with a lot more glitches. Seriously, RBS IT department, sort this nonsense out!
It's now 3 years since the last update, 11th Feb 2014, I have reported to 'support' the issues I have encountered since this update. Android moves on but NatWest doesn't seem to want to keep up. I pay enough in bank charges on my business account I think it's about time that NatWest applied themselves and looked after their loyal business customers
Desperately needs updating. I'm having many issues logging in since Android Marshmallow update, does not allow me to press number keys to input passcode. Same issue on other devices. Re-register button is too near the log in button and easily pressed by accident. Otherwise app feels dated and bland.
App enhancements to enable use with the latest Android software update (KitKat).
