Can't log in.... Everytime it opens, a search box comes up and will not go away... Can't enter my details to login with the search box open...

It wont show you what shops you used for debit card transactions apart from the big retailer's which is useless. A few good updates lately but still only has basic operations. It says you can apply for loan/over drafts etc but you Can't.
I used to love this app but now since it was updated a couple of months ago it takes AGES for transactions to show up (and not just the contactless ones). I NEVER have a clue how much money I have any more. Both incoming and outgoing transactions affect the 'available' balance. Please put it back to the way it was. This is wrecking my head. UPDATE: Ulster Bank say there have been no changes but it's taking days for transactions to show up since a recent update. Before, when it couldn't yet show all details for a payment, it would still show the amount paid out, now it shows nothing at all until days later...but by then I'll have made many more payments and won't be able to remember them all. Really unhelpful.
App won't let me enter activation code. Keeps wanting me 2 give permission for access to my calls & sms. Never had that issue previously.
Trying to set up a new payee. I have the IBAN in an email. The app doesn't allow you to paste in the IBAN, and if you switch apps, you get logged out instantly. So I now have to write the IBAN down, and then type it in, which is very error prone. Why? Please make the app useful and usable. Allow us to switch to another app (other bank apps do!). Allow us to paste into the IBAN field (other banks' apps do!). -- many months later and this is still an issue. Other banking apps don't auto-logout upon switch to another app, so the security argument appears invalid. Please fix this so I can correctly add a payee.
