The email when I used when signing-up for the credit card had a typo so the confirmation email was sent to the wrong email. I have been communicating back and forth with their customer rep but they take too long to answer and would not just resent the confirmation email to the correct one. RCBC has been my most hassle banking experience. Can't even check why my card keeps getting declined even if the SMS reminders tell me my outstanding balance still has met my credit limit.

was forced to update. the phone i am using now, which was perfectly fine with the app, now became unsupported. giving it 1 star does not describe the frustration on having your phone become unsupported by a banking app, that's usual for games, since they do require better phones. now i need to go to the branch and do the transactions, sucks to have an account with RCBC, but i guess i just need to close it.

1st, The icon / logo is not good, At first I am hesitant to install it seems like a fake app. Make it simple, Remove the dropshadow. 2nd unresponsive. 3rd you cannot use the app right away, you'll need atleast 24 hrs before you van use the app. Given that I have already an account before on their old app. I'm planning to use this app for paying and transferring, but I changed my mind.
