This app is the worst! I transferred money from my RCBC account to GCASH twice, but the transactions both failed. When I checked the transaction receipt, the status was failed, but the money that was supposed to transfer was already deducted. When I checked my GCash account, there was no history of any transaction from RCBC. This is so frustrating! The customer service is not helpful either. Where's my money?!!!!

This is the most convulated and cluttered phone banking app I have ever encountered. NOT user friendly at all. Phone apps should be simple, intuitive and easy to use. This app is opposite of these. Took me several minutes to figure out how to pay my CC, clicking endlessly and until now I still struggle to find where functions are, I even gave up trying to find where to find my deposit transaction history is. This is is a tedious puzzle. This was designed by an alien to be used by non humans

You would think they would make it super convenient for RCBC account holders to pay for RCBC credit card bills BUT NO. You need to locate your QR from your monthly statement, save the QR, go to the app and use the Pay with QR function. I can view my credit card details from the app but can't directly pay or even add RCBC to the favorites because it's not listed as a biller. So weird from a UI perspective. Not user friendly at all.
