The only functionality I wanted from this app is to be able to retrieve and manage messages coming into my RCN VOIP landline. But no badge pops up to alert that a new message has been received (yes, I do have notifications set correctly), and if I do go to the app to see if there are messages, it lets me hear them but not delete. For that I have to go back to the web page. I could go on, but, simply put, this app needs a lot of work.

Garbage app, just keeps crashing whenever I try to open and pay bills. So effectively, I can't pay bills using the app, which, as others have noted, means being charged additional fees to simply go online and pay using a computer browser. Ridiculous policy...if you're going to steer customers to use an app to not be charged extra fees (which shouldn't be the case vs. a browser payment anyway), get your app to work properly!! There's a reason everyone keeps giving 1 star for months now. Pitiful.

The mobile app does not work right. Everytime I log in it says wrong password. I reset my password, try to log in again and get the same thing. After several times of doing this I finally get in and try to use the voicemail, just for that to say my pin is wrong. After several attempts I can get in and it says no voicemail, even though from my landline it says I have 3. Absolutely the worst!
