Park & Ride: Park your car and seamlessly continue to the public transport network using your darb card for a smooth and convenient journey.

Tickets: The app offers several time-based first class tickets for metro and regular class tickets for bus options: for 2-hour, 3-day, 7-day, and 30-day durations. You can buy your tickets and use QR code e-tickets directly on the bus or metro. Additionally, the app provides a feature to review purchase history and travel history.

My Account: The app enables you to manage your account information at any time. This includes making changes to the name, mobile number, date of birth, and gender.

The application is designed to be user-friendly for a diverse audience, offering full functionality in both Arabic and English languages.

Ratings and reviews

Very Bad App and it's Customer Support. After updating to v2.1.0, the app crashes instantly on my Realme 7 Pro (Android 12). White screen, then closes. I tried reinstalling, clearing cache/data, restarting, and updating all Google services, but nothing works. Worse, I purchased a 1-month Metro pass on 31 May that is only accessible through the app. Customer support told me to buy another card or pay again. Why should customers pay twice because of a faulty update? Fix this urgently.

Not user friendly, especially for bus numbers and routes! a very sluggish, slow app. it takes around 15 seconds minimum (for each tap to select something) and it adds up to minutes just trying to understand which bus to take! The amount of buses I've missed while trying to figure out what (bus number) or (route number) i should take is ridiculous to say the least! ((I actually use another company's app (google maps) to better understand your system and bus route!))

the application 2.1.0 is not working on my device it's open for a second than close. I hope the developers test the app with older phones, like 4 years 5 years phone, not just the newest phones. thank you android 11 real me 6 pro
