Once set up it works great! Been using it for several years know with no issues. Got a new MotoG4 and I could not import my files from QB. Emailed support and they had me up and running again in a couple hours. Thanks Chris R.!! I'm an independent contractor that bills by the hour different clients each day and was considering the new QB online and the app that goes with it, but in order to do time tracking from my phone it would cost $40/mth!, it was not worth it for me considering It's About Time app works just as well and I can get the QB desk top version to last 4-5 years for what I need.
Great App for QuickBooks Previous update crashed and did not allow you to choose start stop time, support team answered my phone call and released version 2.0.15 fixed these problems ! Great support ! Been using this app now for 5 years.
Great App I've been running my business off of this app since 2011. It works though multiple phones and OS updates. Thanks.. RE 2011: Excellent app! Excellent customer service! Suggestions for features could be taken more seriously though. Thanks
I need support If I pay for an app I expect to be able contact someone if I need support. I have tried numerous times by email and phone with no response. Great app except a few things. I should not need to jump through hoops to import/export. Simple drop box sync would be great or use file explore to find a file on a network. I would give it 5 stars with those features or 4 as is with support.
Oh, so close. So frustrating. I wrote a lot, but it's hard to format it in this context, and, really, it comes down to this. It could be great. But it's got glitches and with absolutely no sign of life from the developer, I can't recommend it. I'm sorry I paid for it and spent so much time on it. It's just easier to keep my time in Quickbooks. It's shame, because it really could be so much more with a little effort.
No Dev Support, trick to importing to QB 2013 My previous comment needed to be edited - for anyone having issues importing timer lists to QB 2013, I've found a solution - make SURE your date settings (under Control Panel > Region and Language on Windows 7) are set to MM/DD/YYYY as well as the export settings in It's About Time. My windows settings were not set to this and QB wouldn't import the list files. Still got no help from the dev, but at least I can use the app import/export options again.
Fixed bug with stopping timer
