I love novels in this app which are very exciting, thriller and full of romance..... But i am facing one problem recently that watch ad button is not working properly and it takes long time to show ad which makes it hard to reach next chapter please fix it soon as possible

Stories were great. The only problem is that the same ad keeps showing up after every chapter and nothing's happening. I can't unlock the chapters. Can't double collect the gems too.
