Straight forward and easy to use. Literally, the easy button for viewing a camera on your phone. Just be mindful of how old your phone is, may run slower if your phone is 2-3 years old

App will not connect to device. Followed all the instructions on the app install instructions. I have two cameras available and neither one will attach themselves to the app. It used to work.

app keeps crashing. hooking to WiFi on the app never shows up to connect to camera even when I'm hooked to the cameras wifi perfectly
