App is broken for Android phones. It signs you in, But it does not activate Premium features, it keeps telling you to buy, but when you click on it, it tells you that you are already a Premium member, It only works on my desktop computer, I have uninstalled it and reinstalled, cleared cache, and it wont work. I have yet to hear back from RealNetworks. EDIT: I contacted Real Networks,their reply was that I need to purchase Premium. I did. I am a Premium member, it just does not activate on mobile

I have enjoyed RealPlayer on my PC for many years. I tried the app on my phone a few years ago with disappointing results, thought I'd try it again today. My issue is, why can't I browse on my phone through the app to select a music or video file or make a Playlist like I can on my PC? Or like I can on many other media apps? Removing the app, again.

Hi Daniel, we do have a Search function in the app. When you open the app, you will see the Search option (magnifying glass icon) on the top right corner of the app before the 3 lines. If you are having trouble using it, please send us an email at email@example.com so one of our engineers can help resolve it for you.
I am 54, and just semi-literate when it comes to the world wide interweb. I just found out how to download videos from websites that allow me to take them. (No need to ask what kind of videos, please!) I enjoy downloading them from my laptop or phone, and then playing them on my somewhat larger t.v. screen with the Real Player app. I also enjoy making various playlists for different themes. There is a limit on how many minutes of videos I could store for free, so I shelled out some money for the largest storage space. I am far from rich, but the monthly price was feasible and doable for me. The only problem I had was in trying to share my playlists with one person, but that could have been a tech problem on his end. Also, sometimes the videos I put on on a playlist showed up on the wrong playlist on the tv app.The refresh feature didn't seem to work on the t.v. Most importantly, I have never had any sense of judgment from the company. I suppose, as long as it is all legal content, there is no issue. Overall, this has been a fun experience for me, curating playlists for me and my friends. Adam in Costa Mesa, California, U.S.A.
