Good program but is not integrated with popular fitness devices or apps. My fitbit has never connected and neither has myfitnesspal or my wifi scale, so everything has to be manually entered into this app. So the coach isn't really in the loop and the coach never reaches out to you. The only good thing is feeling accountable to attend group chat and to read and watch the material. Oh and the app never saves your password, so you have to re-enter it every time.
Answer Center Although the app has a few glitches here and there, the Real Appeal answer center is amazing. I strongly suggest if you have any technical issues that you give them a call. They're personable and very helpful. 5 stars for all around great work Real Appeal!
Terrible I love the real appeal program and all of the support and meetings but the app itself is absolutely horrible. It constantly freezes up and causes me to have to restart my phone none of the food items are correct when you scan them or key them in. Probably one of the most frustrating apps I've ever dealt with in all my years. I use the My Fitness Pal for my tracking because it's one hundred percent accurate so far as far as the food that you scan and key in manually. And this is all after the update today
Real appeal has stopped working I got the update yesterday and haven't been able to log in since. After logging in it goes to gathering information then the message that it has stopped working. Worked fine before the update. This is a real pain. I like using it on my phone in case I am in the car and I don't miss class
So far okay... I've been using this app for about 4 weeks and have not had any issues. I'm updating my original review. I've now had issues with my activity disappearing. It was there last night and now it's gone. I sent a message to the company. It's also very discouraging! I love the program but not the app!
Requires Android OS 5.0+ after 12/19 update. The latest update (12/19/16) has an undocumented requirement of having at least version 5.0 of the Android OS installed. Tech support did not provide any solution other than update your OS (which older phones may not be able to do), or buy a new phone that supports it. Especially not happy that this occurred around the holiday season.
