“Money Manager” is an optimized application for personal asset management.

※ PC manager function
You can view ‘“Money Manager” application using Wi-Fi. You can edit and sort the data by date, category or account group on the screen of your PC. In addition, you can see fluctuations in your accounts indicated on graphs on your PC.

※ Applying double entry bookkeeping
It facilitates efficient asset management. It does not just record your money coming in and out of your account but deposits your money into your account as soon as your income is input and draws money from your account as soon as your expense is input.

※ Budget management function
You can manage your budget. It shows your budget and expense by a graph so you can see the amount of your expense against your budget quickly.

※ Card / Debit Card management function
Entering a settlement date, you can see the payment amount and outstanding payment at the asset tab. You can arrange the automatic debit by simply connecting your debit card with your account.

※ Passcode
You can check passcode so you can safely manage your account book.

※ Transfer, direct debit and recurrence function
Transfer between assets is possible, which makes your asset management more efficient. In addition, you can manage your salary, insurance, term deposit, and loan more easily by setting automatic transfer and recurrence.

※ Instant statistics
Based on the data entered, you can instantly see your expense by category and changes between each month. And you can see the change in your assets and income/expense indicated by a graph as well.

※ Bookmark function
You can easily input your frequent expense all at once by bookmarking them.

※ Backup / Restore
You can make and view backup files in Excel file and backup/restore is possible.
Google Drive backup is supported.

Ratings and reviews

I've used this app very much because I find it very useful. There a few concerns I'd like the developer to look into though. The ones that pertain to the free version I've already explained them in my review of the free version of the app. The issue I'd like the developer to look into and hopefully fix in the paid version: when using the PC manager, for it to work properly it needs to connect to the internet. This does not seem safe to me. When using the PC interface, I expect to load ONLY data and files from my phone locally but NOT for it to connect to the internet. I have personal, sensitive information that I do not want to risk others looking into. So, regardless of the reason for having to connect to the internet to load the PC interface, this should be fixed so that all the necessary files to load the PC interface should be offerd by the app on my phone locally. No connection anywhere else, just locally from and to my phone. For this, I'm giving the app a 3 star rating because of the risk of the matter I mentioned. When this is fixed, I'm giving it a 5 star rating.

I have used another budget app for years, but it isn't available or supported with my new phone, so I went searching for a new one. This app is very similar, easy to use, and provides many analytical tools. One option I miss from my old app and have not found on this one is the ability to mark an entry as "paid." I have quite a few auto withdrawals, and it helps to be able to mark when they hit the bank. Otherwise, I am quite happy with this app and its functions.

This is by far the best one I've found. There is one feature that I feel is missing: filtering within the Stats tab. Currently, if I want to analyze expenses for only certain categories, subcategories, accounts, or custom groups, there doesn't seem to be a way to filter the statistics view accordingly. This would make the analytics much more powerful and useful for detailed expense analysis.
