Must-have planning tool Take-off is the first tool I look at to make the go/no-go decision. With my personal minimums configured, I can see at a glance whether conditions are within the go envelope or not. The NOTAM feature is a great quick reference to get updated on any runway or taxiway closings and inoperative components like PAPIs, glide slope on ILS, or enroute VORs. The decoded and color-coded TAFs give an at-a-glance understanding of what to expect in the weather. Great tool!
Takeoff is go to app Weather app that provides nearly all pre takeoff needs. I used it this morning to decide if fog could be an issue. Go no go parameters are user adjustable incuding crosswind limits. I like the 'near' selection for local fun flights. Great wx app!
Great for Aviation and Everyday Weather I look at this app before every single trip to the airport and I love it! (Development team: runway 17/35 at KOTG no longer exists, would be helpful if it was removed from the app)
Aviation Weather Done Right! I made both of my teenagers buy this app and use it religiously. They set their minimums and use it even after getting ATIS just to double check things. Great app that no pilot should be without.
Not sure what happened but it is constantly crashing. Mostly when trying to get JFK weather. App is essentially useless right now. Note 5
Excellent tool This is one of my most used tools in my bag. I love the 48 hour full forecast with wind and gusts. I also like that I can set my own minimums in the app. Great job. Thank you!
