Hooray This app is a tremendous help. After one week tracking with this and my calorie counter I've been more on track than ever before. I only wish you could scroll through days when you're imputing calories and exercise. I accidentally put in my calories too late one night and it went to the next day. I couldn't go back and insert it so I lost a day. Threw me off a bit
One of the few free apps with pics Over that's the only reason why I downloaded it...it is very inaccurate with BMI, and BF%, due to it not letting you put in any info but I like the before and after/pics part.
crashes crashes when you try to upload photos and No way to adjust your body fat. gives inaccurate measurements. when your heavy due to muscle it counts as being obese when your not. Terrible app.
Overall great I use this app daily to track my exercise, and I feel that it helps me stuck to my weight loss plan because it shows my progress. I did notice that within the fitness plan, under the exercise tab, the workouts this week doesn't show the actual workouts in the week, maintains at zero. Not does it let you input more than one exercise per day, you have to total the minutes and put them in as one. Same goes for daily calories. I do like the my trends graphing, before and after pictures, & exercise average.
Awesome appt I have been looking for a appt like this with upload pic for weight lost...n I LOVE ITTTTTT N ITS FREE IT HAS HELP ME LOST WEIGHT KEEPING TRACK WITH DAILY VISUAL PIC TO KEEP MYSELF ON TRACK. ..THANK YOU FOR CREATING SUCH PERFECT APPT.
Suggested calories awfully high I've entered my gender, height and weight, and suggested calories are set to 2122...that seems very high for a 66kg, 162 cm female! And I can't adjust it to something more reasonable, like 1200. Update: I reset the plan using imperial measurements and now its set to 1100-ish.
