Today September 8th 2024. Am writing to inform Real research that I lost my phone back in 2022, and I lost most of my contacts, unfortunately I lost my login details. But I came across this app again and download it on my new phone, when am try to register it shows that I can't use this account multiple times on same device. And I have lost my old line which I used for registration while u registered then. What can I do to actitmy account back please

Unfortunately haven't been able to use this app yet, but I keep running into an issue where I have to verify my phone number..and I never get a code. But I'm excited to use this when this gets fixed!
