If I could give this app 0/5 stars. I would. I've been having issues for MONTHS trying to get the app to work after it randomly kicked me stating a "Network Error". I've tried different wifis, my phone data, etc. Nothing works and I have gotten no help the 3 separate occasions I've reached out for help. Horrible app, Horrible customer support, it's ridiculous.

I would actually rate this review as zero stars if I could. This app is horrible, there is a ~3-5 minute delay on refresh. If I was relying on the bus to accurately tell me where the bus is located my children would have missed their bus. When you click on the map of a child it doesn't take you there, I have to back out of the app and log back in to see the map. If you have multiple children on different buses you have to back out of the app and go back into the app to switch children.

this app was very good! it did an update over the holiday week and now it doesn't show each step like the bus started the run the bus is headed to your stop the bus is arriving at your stop someone loaded the bus etc. please fix this!!! it only shows the time. I'll give it better stars once fixed
