It appears the photo loading issue has been fixed. Now I would only hope for improvements to the Giphy gif feature. In recent months, the gifs appear to be sorting differently, and are usually the same 100 or so to select from, with just a couple new or trending gifs mixed in. It seems as if it's now sorting by 'most popular' rather than 'trending.' Many of the same gifs populate when using the feature. In the past, there was a fresher mix with more relevant and newer events (sports, shows, etc.

This app used to be great when I first started using it. It's gone steadily downhill the past 2 years. There's ALWAYS a glitch of some sort. Most recently, my friends can't see pics when I send them and my messages take a few minutes to actually send. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled the app and lost ALL my previous messages. Even the saved ones....Very disappointed.

Have had this app for years. Just in the past month (with 2 different phones, tried with and without screen protectors and cases), I am fed up with it. It used to be great. Now, when trying to leave a message, voxer continuously shuts off, sometimes within 5 seconds, sometimes after a minute, mostly within 15 seconds. I've tried changing the settings and holding the button down, still does it. I've emailed customer service.. no response. Very poor
