I thought the domain that I purchased with them was set up for auto renew, apparently it wasn't. The domain was canceled, all of the short links deleted immediately, no grace period. I contacted them as soon as the links disappeared, the day after the domain expired and tried to renew and they said it wasn't possible. They then said I would have to go to an outside provider to repurchase the link and then redo all of the shortened links but I'd already done. What a nightmare! Don't take a chance

The app is some joke 😀. It register itself in "share..." menu for all apps, but when i try to share some links to it, it just open empty form to create a link. To developers: the form should be prefilled with link i am sharing to!!! And also app is unresponsive very often.. had to force close it...

really annoying. several faults with app. wanted to register a domain so it was personalised but first the postcode box wouldn't accept letters and numbers, then when I eventually got it working I couldn't checkout with PayPal. option was there but wouldn't go through to payment. needs a lot of work.
