Ripoff Artists. This app can only dial some landlines and cell numbers. I needed to make a call to an airline. Added $5 credit only to find out I can not call that business with Rebtel. They will not refund my money either. In my opinion, save yourself some grief and aggravation and skip this app. Update: Only after Rebtel saw my review did they offer to refund my five bucks... It was the right thing for them to do, but it still wasted many hours of my time. I will still never use this app.

If it works, it's okay. I've had so many suddenly dropped calls. No warning or tone. Really a pain when waiting in a support queue. Probably wasted a good hour of minutes today. The app will continuously turn off my screen if I cover the front sensor, just for having it open in the background outside of a call. Lowering my review because it continues to drop calls. Twice after making 10 minutes into a customer service call. 4 bars 5g and a 5g wifi connection and it still drops a call from TH>UK

I have been a rebtel customer for long. I even have auto-charge. But about 3 weeks ago, the app started behaving funny. It does not complete calls. It just says session progress bit no rington and does not dial. Really frustrating especially when they have your money. In cases where I have been lucky to call, the number disconnects after a few minutes or the connection is poor. In some instances ( since last year) I had cross-calls where I call one number, I end up hearing from another person.
