Be careful—this company scams its app users. If you use the unlimited monthly calling plan via automatic bank transfer, you must strictly verify the withdrawal date and amount; you might well be getting scammed without even realizing it. Furthermore, even if you spot an error and file a complaint, getting a refund is never easy. The best advice is simply to avoid using the service altogether.

worst app, they charged me twice $24 for 3 months that I subscribed to, and they charged me for the same call service for $12 each month, when I sent a message about it nobody helped me, and stated that I was using both services, but I already subscribed for 3 months subscription for unlimited calling, and they charge me again each month for $12 for unlimited calling, I explained them that why should I pay twice for same service.They didn't resolve the issue, worst service ever, they're scammers

Ripoff Artists. This app can only dial some landlines and cell numbers. I needed to make a call to an airline. Added $5 credit only to find out I can not call that business with Rebtel. They will not refund my money either. In my opinion, save yourself some grief and aggravation and skip this app. Update: Only after Rebtel saw my review did they offer to refund my five bucks... It was the right thing for them to do, but it still wasted many hours of my time. I will still never use this app.
