straightforward and easy to use. Wish they did glass and paper as part of free model too. Edit: for the 2nd time to collector didn't take all of the bags. First was because the booked number was wrong, 2nd because there was a rip. These are silly reasons to not take the recycling and annoying considering the wait times for pickup have increased.

The worst application and service anyone can use!!! I went to first drop of location, it wasn't existent. They said they are sorry for the error. However I was sent to another machine, and the QR code was not working. And they waisted 2 hours of my time for this. And eventually it wasn't resolved, I had to throw the recyclables in the garbage. AWEFUL

I change my rating to 2star, I am trying to recycle since a week, I don't know what happen to the app of recapp. I tried everything: uninstalled and installed again, logout and login refresh everything. but still can't click the second step. please recapp do something if you can. thank you
