I am very frustrated because I have not received any automatic reply, ticket number, or confirmation for my previous messages. I have spent a lot of time and money completing the Word Trip (Level 800) and this was not easy at all. I followed all the requirements in good faith, but my reward is still not credited. What is more concerning is that I am not even receiving a ticket number or confirmation that my messages are being received. This makes me think there may be an issue with your system

This has become a scam app. They lock you out for no reason, and when you complain enough to get things fixed, they find new ways to block you from playing and cashing out. You can try to contact support, but if it's not an AI auto responding to the email, then you just don't hear anything back from them. This has been going on for weeks, almost a month.

im on day 8 and I didn't play for long periods, and I'm at just under $25, Which is great,but the minimum withdrawal is $50. That's the only negative I have for this. I usually get tired of trying to get to a high minimum like this.The apps I use most are the ones with no minimum or a $5 minimum and that pay to PayPal, Venmo, etc. Maybe this minimum is something the developers can change to keep players involved longer. $10 is even tough to get to sometimes. $5 min. or no minimum would keep ppl
